Meet Your Teachers

This is an interactive bulletin board I created at my general education student teaching placement. The students were asked to solve mathematics problems to discover information about their teachers.

GEE - I'M - A - TREE!

This is an interactive mathematics bulletin board about geometry. The students were asked to complete either the 2D or 3D side of the bulletin board based on the formative assessment during class. The students were to read a definition and then match the correct shape to that definition. Each shape had a letter written on it so the students could correct their own answers using the answer key in the grass.

WHAT'S THE MATTER?

This interactive bulletin board was created during my science methods course. The bulletin board consisted of two activities. The first activity was a chart that students were asked to put the correct pieces into the correct squares. The second activity utilized balloons. Each balloon contained one state of matter. The students shook each balloon to try to predict what state of matter each balloon had inside. After the students made their predictions, we were able to pop the balloons to see if they were correct.
